Managed Service Contracts
Offer fully customized managed service agreements (MSAs) with clearly defined SLAs for response, resolution, and escalation. Contracts include proactive system maintenance, quarterly reviews, license compliance checks, and performance optimization. Services can be tailored to include 24/7 support, remote helpdesk, and on-site response.
 

Patching and Maintenance
Implement automated and scheduled patch deployment across operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and third-party applications (e.g., Adobe, Java, Chrome). Utilize WSUS, SCCM, Intune, or RMM platforms (e.g., N-able, ConnectWise) for centralized patch management. Apply patch testing protocols and rollback procedures for mission-critical systems.
 

Backup & Disaster Recovery Solutions
Deploy hybrid cloud and on-premises backup solutions using Veeam, Acronis, Datto, or MSP360. Configure image-based, incremental, and continuous backup strategies with encryption (AES-256), deduplication, and offsite replication. Design and test disaster recovery plans (DRPs) with defined RPOs and RTOs to ensure business continuity.
 

Wireless & Network Support and Installation
Design and install wired and wireless networks with proper cable management, switch stacking, and PoE configuration. Deploy managed access points (e.g., Ubiquiti UniFi, Cisco Meraki, Aruba) with SSID segmentation, QoS, 802.1X, and guest network isolation. Perform Wi-Fi heatmapping and spectrum analysis for optimal coverage and performance.
 

Antivirus, Malware Prevention & Incident Recovery
Implement endpoint protection platforms (EPP) and endpoint detection and response (EDR) systems such as SentinelOne, CrowdStrike, Sophos Intercept X, or Microsoft Defender for Business. Integrate threat intelligence feeds, behavior-based detection, and sandboxing. Provide malware incident containment, root cause analysis, and system restoration support.
 

IT Asset Management (ITAM)
Deploy centralized asset inventory and lifecycle tracking using tools like Lansweeper, Snipe-IT, or Microsoft Endpoint Manager. Monitor hardware/software lifecycle, warranty status, license utilization, and compliance. Automate onboarding and offboarding workflows for consistent asset provisioning and decommissioning.
 

Mobile  / Device Management (MDM / RMM)
Manage corporate and BYOD mobile devices through MDM/EMM solutions such as Microsoft Intune, JAMF, VMware Workspace ONE, or Cisco Meraki MDM. Enforce policies for device encryption, remote wipe, application control, and secure containerization. Support compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
