Technical Support Services – Flexible, Scalable, and On-Demand

We provide expert technical support across a wide range of platforms and environments, ensuring that your devices, systems, and networks run reliably and securely. Our services are available on-demand—no contract required—with flexible pay-as-you-go options tailored to your needs.


Workstation & Device Support (Mac, PC, Linux)

Comprehensive support for desktop and laptop systems across macOS, Windows, and major Linux distributions (e.g., Ubuntu, Red Hat, CentOS). Services include hardware diagnostics, component replacement, OS installation and configuration, driver updates, performance tuning, and cross-platform integration.


Mobile Device Support (Phones & Tablets)

Setup, configuration, and troubleshooting for iOS, Android, and Windows-based smartphones and tablets. Includes email synchronization, secure remote access setup (VPN, MDM), OS upgrades, app deployment, and mobile policy enforcement.


Network Equipment – Switches, Routers, & Wireless Access Points

Installation, configuration, and optimization of network infrastructure including managed/unmanaged switches (Layer 2/3), routers (static and dynamic routing), and enterprise-grade wireless access points (e.g., Ubiquiti, Cisco, Aruba). VLAN setup, QoS tuning, PoE provisioning, and firmware management included.


Firewall Deployment & Management

Installation and ongoing support for next-generation firewalls (NGFWs) including Fortinet, pfSense, SonicWall, and Cisco Meraki. Services include access control policy creation, IPS/IDS configuration, NAT rules, VPN gateway setup, geo-IP filtering, and real-time log monitoring.


IoT Device Integration & Security

Small Office/Home Office (SOHO) IT Setup
